Where do I return goods to?

 

Please return goods to us at:

Online Filters, Blenheim Farm, Stratford Road, Moreton in Marsh, Gloucestershire. GL56 9NQ

 

Please remember to put your Returns Number on the parcel.  Please call us on 01608 651874 or email sales@inglesfarmssupply.com to obtain a Returns Number.  Parcels without a Returns Number may be refused.

Can I change my mind and return the goods I’ve ordered?

Yes, with some exceptions (see below). If you change your mind, you can inform us that you wish to cancel or return your order up to 14 days after you have received it. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

 

If the goods have already been despatched, you will need to pay for their return. Items must be returned to us unopened and in perfect condition.

 

You will need to contact us to obtain a Returns Number to return the goods; parcels without a Returns Number may be refused.

 

Your payment will be refunded in full, once the goods have been returned. However, we may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them more than was necessary. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop – for example goods should be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

 

If I receive the wrong goods – what should I do?

 

We do our very best not to make mistakes, but if things do go wrong, please let us know straight away so that we can arrange for the goods to be returned to us and a replacement sent as quickly as possible.

 

You will need to obtain a Returns Number – please call us on 01608 651874 or email sales@inglesfarmssupply.com to obtain a Returns Number.

 

Items must be returned to us unopened and in perfect condition.

 

We will usually despatch the correct item only once the goods have been returned. However, if we agree to send you a replacement for an incorrect item before it is returned, you must return the original item to us within 14 days otherwise we reserve the right to charge you for both items. Please note all goods remain the property of Online Filters until paid for in full.

Damaged Goods on arrival:

Please check your goods carefully when they arrive, and tell the courier immediately if they are damaged. If you sign to say that the goods were received in good order we cannot subsequently accept liability for damaged sustained in transit.

 

If you notice any damage when your items first arrive please let us know straight away so we can arrange for the goods to be returned to us and a replacement sent as quickly as possible.

 

It is very helpful if you are able to email us a photograph of the damage.

We will usually despatch a replacement item only once the damaged goods have been returned. However, if we agree to send you a replacement before the damaged item is returned, you must return it to us within 14 days otherwise we reserve the right to charge you for both items. Please note all goods remain the property of Online Filters until paid for in full.

 

You must notify us of any damages within 7 days of receiving the goods.

 

 

 

 

REFUND POLICY

When you return goods to us:-

Because you cancelled the contract in accordance with Consumer Rights (Terms and Conditions), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible in any case within 30 days of the day you have given notice of you cancellation.  In this case we will refund the price of the Goods to be returned in full.  However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us.

Goods which are incorrectly supplied and/or are returned as new in their original packaging, these items shall be refunded, exchanged or replaced if they are returned within 14 days of date of purchase of the Goods and proof of purchase is supplied and for any other reason, we will examine the retuned Goods and will notify you in writing or via email within a reasonable time of the refund (if any at all) to which you are entitled. We usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible thereafter.  For any entitlement of a refund to be due to you, the returned Goods must be in the same condition in which you received them with the original packaging and the product documentation.  The Goods must not have been used and where applicable, must not have been removed from the sealed clear packaging.

‘Special Order’ means any Goods that are not held in stock by us (a non-stock item) and are therefore ordered and/or manufactured specifically as per your request.  Payment in full is required for such ‘Special Orders’ at the time the ‘Special Order’ is placed with us.  ‘Special Orders’ are non-refundable except at our sole discretion or if the Contract is cancelled within the Cooling Off Period (which is provided in the Consumer Rights).  Online Filters reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of 20% of the price of the ‘Special Order’, which shall be deducted from any refund die to you.

We will normally refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
